At the “Librando” library of Amelia, in via della Rimembranza 8, from November 18th, 16:00, until December 1st, 2012 Marguerite de Merode exposes her paintings of nudes with drawings, linocut prints and sculptures.

Marguerite de Merode represents with a quick painting, allusive, a carnal and strong figure.

With the use of acrylic colors, fixes on the canvas with fast movements and quick coat, the naked bodies of his subjects as many images of a definite voluptuousness.

The artist with the shape, color and gestural expressiveness, sublimes a carnality full of charm, far however from the explicit provocation but painted without shame.

His woman is voluptuous, vital, expressed with energy and sweet power. The light strokes recover in the matter an allusive realism that restores form and gives life to the real with liberating sensuality.

The exhibition also features small sculptures in which femininity has been removed. The process of sensuality was reversed almost wanted to allude to the suffering of a renegade femininity.
