In 1961, Adelmo Pizzoni started a small butcher shop, where he could leverage the extensive experience gained from working with pigs in farmers’ homes alongside his father.
His immediate goal was to promote and spread the authentic flavors of the Umbrian tradition through the quality of his products.
“To taste my sausages and cured meats, people will have to come from all around,” Adelmo used to say. And so it has been, even today, as the shop is now managed by his children and grandchildren, always ensuring the quality of raw materials and processing directly, in accordance with tradition.
In addition to cured meats, the store in Foligno also offers fresh, selected meats, delightful ready-to-cook meat preparations, and typical local products.
