XII Edition - Seven days between Septembere and October 2008, to celebrate the wine and gastronomic tradition of the "Made in Italy".

Once again this year "Orvieto con Gusto" ("Orvieto with taste"), the event dedicated to the culture of alimentation and good life, is organised by the City of Orvieto in collaboration with the Association Slow Food and the GAL. The prestigious event was born in 1997, after a memorable world congress of the "Slow Food" Movement which took place properly in the Umbrian city. So, once again, from the city of the cliffs one will be entitled to require an alimentation able to preserve the territorial diversities inside an environment friendly framework and to retrieve a link with taste and with a time not contaminated by the stress of the actual rhythms of life.
During the events, the cultural appointments will not miss such as the conferences inside the museums and the historic monuments, the laboratories of the taste, food itineraries, painting exhibitions and theme dinners.
