The St.Francis church was built between the XII-XIV century in gothic style, with the door in a three-lobe arc and relized in one single nave with span and cross-vault.
The curch reminds the ones in Assisi, expecially for the huge walls and the eight side apse. At its inside there is a nice cross "Christus patiens", having the same age of the building. Remarkable also the paintings of Matteo da Gualdo on the opposite facade. In San Francesco there is also the original SS. Trinità, which used to be stored in the monastery of Serrasanta, dating back to 1528 and realized by a factory of Gualdo.
