Dal 28 Giugno al 1° Luglio 2012 Todi (PG) ospiterà il TodiTango Festival 2012Tango, un viaggio… per riscoprire l’anima, i sentimenti, le emozioni, festival dedicato al famoso ballo argentino. Ed il Tango verrà “sezionato” dal punto di vista culturale, sociale, emozionale, musicale e delle “letras” (testi).

Il TodiTango Festival 2012 partirà alle ore 18:00 di Giovedì 28 Giugno 2012 con un concerto del Quartetto Fancelli. Alle 20:00 aprirà il Tango Village presso Piazza del Popolo con la presentazione dei maestri, dell’orchestra, della compagnia di ballo e dei musicalizadores.
Il Tango Village sarà un’area espositiva dove gli operatori nazionali ed internazionali del “mondo” Tango incontreranno gli appassionati, i turisti e/o semplici curiosi. Venerdì 29 e Sabato 30 giugno il Village aprirà alle ore 21:00, mentre Domenica 1° Luglio aprirà alle ore 18:00.

4 gli appuntamenti giornalieri con il ballo vero e proprio, le “Milonghe”: la “Milonga Criolla”, ogni giorno a partire dalle ore 21:00 (tranne il 1° Luglio 2012, ore 18:00) a Piazza del Popolo fino alle 01:30; la “Milonga Sentimental”, ogni mattina a partire dal 29 Giugno 2012 dalle 01:30 alle 06:00 presso la Sala dell’Arengo; la “Milonga Brava”, dalle ore 12:00 fino alle 15:00 ad I Portici; la “Milonga Querida”, ogni giorno dalle ore 17:30 alle 20:00 a Piazza del Popolo (il 1° Luglio partirà alle ore 18:00). Le ultime due milonghe, Brava e Querida, saranno totalmente gratuite.
In più, Venerdì 29 Giugno 2012 a partire dalle ore 23:00 esibizione dei maestri Christian Marquez e Virginia Gomez, accompagnati dal concerto Silencio Orchestra Tipica. Sabato 30 Giugno 2012, alla stessa ora, esibizione dei maestri Fabian Peralta e Josefina Bermudez.

Ci saranno anche dei workshops/lezioni/stages. 3 le locations: Sala dell’Arengo, Sala del Ridotto e Sala Crispolti (a partire dalle ore 11:30 di Venerdì 29 Giugno 2012).

Per tutta la durata dell’evento saranno disponibili i servizi di baby sitter e dog sitter, prenotazione obbligatoria.

The Tango Village will be an exhibition area where national and international operators of the Tango “world” will meet fans, tourists and/or simply curious. Friday 29th and Saturday 30th the Village will open at 21:00, while Sunday July 1st it will open at 18:00.
