Il 14 Febbraio 2013 sarà nuovamente San Valentino, Santo Patrono della città di Terni e protettore dell’amore, non solo tra innamorati ma in tutte le sue forme. E, come ogni anno, Terni ed i ternani si preparano a festeggiare tramite gli Eventi Valentiniani 2013, contenitore di eventi dal 1° Febbraio al 12 Marzo 2013.
Il programma della kermesse si divide in Religioso e Civile.

Tra gli appuntamenti del programma religioso non possono certamente passare inosservate 4 celebrazioni ed un incontro spirituale: Festa del Santo Patrono e Solenne Pontificale; Festa della Promessa; Festa delle Nozze d’Argento; Festa delle Nozze d’Oro; Disegni di Affettività.

Festa del Santo Patrono, 14 Febbraio 2012 presso la Basilica di S. Valentino. Messe ore 07:00 – 08:00 – 10:00 – 16:00 – 17:00 – 18:00 -19:00. Alle ore 11:00 Solenne Pontificale presieduto da Sua Em. Card. Ennio Antonelli, animata dalle Corali San Valentino ed Edi Toni.

La Festa della Promessa si tiene la domenica precedente al 14 Febbraio (10 Febbraio 2013 ore 11:00, Basilica di S. Valentino). Possono partecipare tutte le coppie di fidanzati che si sposeranno entro l’anno. Solenne celebrazione presieduta da Sua Ecc. Rev.ma mons. Vincenzo Paglia e con la presenza delle Corali San Valentino ed Edi Toni, dove le coppie si rinnovano la promessa di matrimonio. Al termine ai fidanzati verrà consegnata una pergamena ed, alle future spose, un bouquet di fiori.

La Festa delle Nozze d’Argento, per festeggiare 25 anni di matrimonio, si terrà domenica 17 Febbraio 2013, ore 11:00 Basilica di S. Valentino. Nuovamente presenti le Corali San Valentino ed Edi Toni.

Festa delle Nozze d’Oro, per 50 anni di matrimonio. Solenne Celebrazione eucaristica animata dal Coro di Giulia e Corale San Francesco – Santuario di Piediluco. Domenica 24 Febbraio 2013 ore 11:00, Basilica di San Valentino.

Disegni di affettività. Il 10 Febbraio 2013 ore 09:00, Basilica di S. Valentino, ritiro spirituale delle coppie di fidanzati che parteciperanno alla festa della promessa. L’anno scorso hanno partecipato circa 200 persone da 15 differenti regioni.

Umbria for #winelovers/13 – I vini di San Valentino: il CAOS di Terni ospiterà, dal 14 al 17 Febbraio, i #winelovers, comunità web (oltre 10 mila utenti provenienti da 12 paesi, Italia compresa, ndr) composta da sommelier, enologi, giornalisti, blogger, esperti e semplici appassionati. Saranno 4 giorni di degustazioni, abbinamenti, incontri, seminari e corsi per conoscere i Vini di San Valentino (70 le aziende vinicole coinvolte, marchio Umbria Top), “raccontati” e “seguibili” in tempo reale tramite smartphone e tablet su Facebook e Twitter (hashtag #winelovers).
