Dal 22 al 24 Febbraio (ultimo weekend del mese) e dal 1° al 3 Marzo 2013 a Norcia raggiungerà le “nozze d’oro” Nero Norcia, la Mostra Mercato Nazionale del tartufo Nero Pregiato di Norcia e dei Prodotti Tipici. 6 giornate non solo all’insegna di “Re Tartufo”, ma di tutti i gioielli gastronomici della Valnerina come ad esempio salsicce, insaccati e formaggi. Con un occhio di riguardo alla loro tutela, salvaguardia e promozione.

A Nero Norcia 2013 troverete tavole rotonde, convegni, incontri-degustazione, visite guidate, cucina show ed eventi collaterali come musica, spettacoli, mostre, la 4a edizione del Concorso Fotografico estemporaneoScatti in Mostra” (solo durante il primo fine settimana della manifestazione, ndr) e dimostrazioni di mestieri. Ed anche gemellaggi gastronomici con altre realtà italiane (nel 2012 fu ospite la Campania con la mozzarella di bufala e la pasta di semola di grano duro).

At 2013 Nero Norcia you will find round tables, conferences, meetings and tastings, guided tours, cooking shows and side events such as music, entertainment, exhibits, the 4th edition of the impromptu Photo Contest entitled “Scatti in Mostra” (only during the first weekend of the event, ed) and demonstrations of crafts. And also “food twinnings” with other Italian Regions (in 2012 was guest the Campania with buffalo mozzarella and pasta made of durum wheat semolina).
