In questi 6 giorni oltre il mercato troverete tavole rotonde, convegni, presentazioni, incontri-degustazione, visite guidate ed eventi collaterali come mostre, musica, spettacoli e dimostrazioni di mestieri, non solo all’insegna di Re Tartufo ma anche alla tutela, salvaguardia e promozione di tutti i gioielli gastronomici della Valnerina.

 

Nero Norcia 2012 sposa la mozzarella di bufala e la pasta di semola di grano duro grazie al gemellaggio con la Campania.

 

Il 1° Weekend prende il via Venerdì 17 febbraio 2012 dalle ore 10:00 Palazzo Comunale – Sala del Consiglio Maggiore con una Tavola Rotonda sul tema: Qualità, tipicità e sicurezza dei prodotti agroalimentari. Alle 16:30 l’inaugurazione di Nero Norcia 2012. I primi 3 giorni termineranno Domenica 19 Febbraio 2012 a partire dalle ore 16:00 in Piazza Sergio Forti con la Cucina Show di Marco Bottega, cuoco della trasmissione di RAI 1 “La Prova del Cuoco”.

 

Il 2° Weekend parte Venerdì 24 Febbraio 2012 alle ore 10.00 presso il Palazzo Comunale – Sala del Consiglio Maggiore con una Riunione della Giunta della Camera di Commercio di Perugia. A seguire, tavola rotonda sul tema: “Conservazione dei prodotti del tartufo e lavorazione dei prodotti della nostra tradizione”, a cura della Camera di Commercio. Domenica 26 Febbraio sarà aperta, ore 09:00, dall’immancabile Prova attitudinale cani da tartufo su tartufaie naturali – iscrizioni sul campo. La premiazione avverrà in Piazza S. Benedetto. La Kermesse terminerà a partire dalle ore ore 16.00 Piazza Sergio Forti con un altro protagonista del “La Prova del Cuoco”, Mauro Improta.
