Dal 15 al 22 Luglio 2012 il parco archeologico di Carsulae, tra Terni e San Gemini, ospiterà l’edizione 2012 del Festival Maree Culture in Viaggio. Titolo di questa edizione: ‘Carsuale suona bene‘.
8 giorni all’insegna della musica folk, della natura e delle escursioni, della storia e dell’archeologia. Ma saranno presenti anche una pizzeria ed un punto ristoro.

Maree 2012 partirà subito “col botto” grazie ad Alan Stivell, musicista bretone considerato uno dei più grandi esponenti mondiali della musica celtica. Con la sua band, per una delle 4 date del tour italiano, si esibirà alle ore 21:00 del giorno di apertura, 15 Luglio 2012. Prezzo del biglietto € 9,00, in prevendita su greenticket.it.
Giovedì 19 Luglio 2012 a partire dalle ore 21:30 presso l’Arco San Damiano sarà la volta degli Scantu De Core, formazione che unisce il repertorio salentino, Pizzica e balli tradizionali, con la world music.
A chiudere il festival, Domenica 22 Luglio ore 21:30 presso l’Area Bar concerto dei Narayan & The Reptilians, “big band” di eclettici musicisti umbri.

Ma non ci sarà soltanto musica a Maree Culture in Viaggio Festival 2012. Infatti, Domenica 15 e Martedì 17 ore 17:00 e Sabato 21 Luglio 2012 ore 9:00 e 17:00 dimostrazione di nordic walking; Sabato 21 Luglio e Domenica 22 dalle 18:00 sessione di Hata Yoga tradizionale (durata un’ora, costo € 5,00); Domenica 22 Luglio alle ore 8:30 ‘trekking presso l’Eremita‘; sempre Domenica 22 ma a partire dalle 17:30 ‘Aspettando il sol leone… con il leone!‘, attività ludico-didattica per bambini. Thursday, July 19th, 2012 beginning at 21:30 at the Arc of San Damiano will be the turn of the Scantu De Core, a group that combines the repertoire of Salento, Pizzica and traditional dances, with the world music.
To close the festival Sunday, July 22nd at 21:30 at the Area Bar concert by Narayan & The Reptilians, “big band” of eclectic Umbrian musicians.

But there will be not only music at 2012 Maree Culture in Viaggio Festival. In fact, Sunday 15th and Tuesday 17th at 17:00 and Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 9:00 and 17:00 demonstration of Nordic walking; Saturday, July 21st and Sunday, July 22nd from 18:00 Traditional Hatha Yoga session (lasting an hour, costs € 5,00); Sunday, July 22nd at 8:30 ‘trekking at the Hermit‘; always on Sunday, 22nd but starting from 17:30 ‘Aspettando il sol leone… con il leone!‘, recreational and educational activities for children.
