I Primi d’Italia 2013 festeggia quest’anno i suoi 15 anni, il Festival Nazionale dei Primi Piatti unico del suo genere nello Stivale, si appresta a riempire di sapori il centro storico di Foligno, deliziando il palato dei cultori di zuppe, pasta, riso, gnocchi, polenta, formati regionali, ricette della tradizione, piatti creativi e specialità da diverse regioni italiane. 

Dal 26 al 29 Settembre oltre cento nuove ricette di primi piatti saranno proposte nei Villaggi del Gusto, un percorso pedonale che si snoda nel centro storico di Foligno in un circuito di degustazioni continuative e menù di primi piatti, tra suggestive location e taverne seicentesche.
Nel corso del festival i grandi Chef del panorama italiano presentano le loro ricette, in abbinamento a prestigiosi prodotti ed eccellenze territoriali e i visitatori potranno inoltre assistere a corsi giornalieri di alta cucina in primi piatti, appuntamenti serali di spettacolo culinario e non solo. Tema de I Primi d’Italia 2013 sarà: “La sostenibilità ambientale”  e vedrà l’intero centro storico di Foligno coinvolto, con l’obiettivo di ridurre al minimo l’impatto ambientale attraverso nuovi scenari sostenibili di consumo e gestione degli scarti.

Fulcro della golosa manifestazione sono  I Villaggi del Gusto che compongono il percorso pedonale del Circuito Degustazioni, con la possibilità di scelta tra degustazioni continuative ad € 2,50 ed i menù ad € 7,50. I Primi d’Italia 2013 si arrichiscono di una terza macro area: il Villaggio Degustativo Streetfood,  interamente dedicato al fenomento del “Cibo da Strada”, in un goloso percorso alla scoperta delle prelibatezze che raccontano le antiche tradizioni gastronomiche dello Street Food.
