Dal 16 al 20 Febbraio 2013 il polo fieristico Umbriafiere, Bastia Umbra, ospiterà la 13ma edizione di Expo Tecnocom, biennale nazionale dedicata a tecnologie, prodotti ed arredi per pubblici esercizi ed arte bianca.

Expo Tecnocom 2013 avrà 3 padiglioni espositivi, oltre 13 mila metri quadrati di superficie, circa 450 stand e 180 espositori, provenienti da tutta Italia, che mostreranno le ultime novità nei settori tecnologie & servizi, arredamenti, forniture, attrezzature, impiantistica, food & beverage. Divise in 7 aree tematiche:

  • Ristorazione & Food – Tecnologie, arredi, impianti, prodotti alimentari specifici e surgelati per la Ristorazione;
  • Bar & Birrerie – Tecnologie, arredi, impianti, prodotti alimentari per Bar, Birrerie e Pubblici Esercizi in genere;
  • Gelaterie & Pasticcerie – Tecnologie, prodotti, semilavorati e forniture per Gelaterie e Pasticcerie;
  • Pizza, Pane & Pasta Fresca – Tecnologie, arredi, impianti, laboratori e forniture per Arte Bianca e Attività Artigianali in genere;
  • Contract & Comunità – Contract, hotelerie e arredi per Alberghi, Agriturismi e Strutture Ricettive in genere;
