Perugia è nuovamente pronta ad ospitare, dal 18 al 27 Ottobre 2013, la nuova edizione di una delle kermesse dedicate al cioccolato più conosciute e famose non solo d’Italia, ma nel mondo: Eurochocolate.

I temi di  Eurochocolate 2013 saranno  ecosostenibilità ed ecocompatibilità, in una presa di coscienza che rivolge lo sguardo alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente nella quotidianità di tutti i giorni. Sarà infatti, “Evergreen – La sostenibile dolcezza dell’essere”, il claim ufficiale per la prossima edizione e anche l”immagine Ufficiale dell’edizione è tutta rivolta al green: è una piantina di menta (particolarmente adatta all’abbinamento con il cioccolato) capace di esprimere il concetto di “freschezza” che viene da sempre riconociuto al progetto di Eurochocolate, travasata in una golosa Tazza per cioccolata che sarà il Gadget Ufficiale della linea Eurochocolate 2013. L’obiettivo di Eurochocolate 2013 espresso dal patron Eugenio Guarducci è quello di riuscire a diventare un evento a impatto zero. Numerosissime saranno dunque le iniziative ‘green’ a partire dal servizio di pony express con biciclette a pedalata assistita all’uso di tovaglioli biodegradabili nel rispetto delle foreste.

Il cioccolato sarà inoltre protagonista di MasterChoc, divertenti cooking class firmati Eurochocolate 2013 dedicati a tutti gli amanti della cucina e come poteva mancare il Cake Design con alcuni innovativi corsi di  a cura di Silovoglio.
