Rappresenta infatti il primo nucleo abitativo della citt\u00e0 e diviene ben presto una delle roccaforti pi\u00f9 importanti dell\u2019intera Umbria.<\/p>\n<p>La struttura si sviluppa in diversi ambienti caratteristici, a cominciare dal giardino circostante, ed \u00e8 aperta al pubblico. <strong>Scopriamo allora insieme la Rocca<\/strong>, le sue particolarit\u00e0 e cosa vedere all&#8217;interno!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\"aligncenter\" title=\"\"Gualdo_tadino,_rocca_flea,_01\"\" src=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Gualdo_tadino_rocca_flea_012.jpg\"\" alt=\"\"\"\" width=\"\"590\"\" height=\"\"324\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Il giardino di Rocca Flea<\/h2>\n<p>Appena giunti alla Rocca, si pu\u00f2 ammirare per prima cosa il<strong> verde<\/strong> <strong>giardino<\/strong> che circonda l&#8217;intero complesso. Il giardino stesso \u00e8 parte integrante e regala una pregevole cornice naturale alla fortezza, ingentilendo i profili collinari che la circondano. I pi\u00f9 attenti, potranno notare le diverse specie di piante che decorano gli spazi a ridosso delle mura del fortilizio.<\/p>\n<p>Gli appassionati di <strong>botanica<\/strong> o delle <strong>fotografie naturalistiche<\/strong> saranno curiosi di sapere che le piante che troveranno, da quelle annuali a quelle stagionali, sono sistemate secondo un progetto ben preciso sia per ci\u00f2 che riguarda la loro disposizione, sia per le specie presenti. Abbiamo infatti piante tipiche del territorio umbro come <strong>l&#8217;ulivo<\/strong>, <strong>la<\/strong> <strong>ginestra dei nostri monti<\/strong>, le piccole ma profumatissime <strong>erbe di santoreggia<\/strong> (erba medica gi\u00e0 in uso anticamente), il <strong>nocciolo<\/strong>\u00a0ed il <strong>melograno<\/strong>. Oltre che per gli occhi, questo giardino sar\u00e0 una gioia anche per i bei <strong>profumi<\/strong> che vi avvolgeranno all&#8217;arrivo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Rocca-Flea-foto-di-Sergio-Spinosi.jpg\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\"aligncenter\" title=\"\"Rocca\" src=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Rocca-Flea-foto-di-Sergio-Spinosi.jpg\"\" alt=\"\"\"\" width=\"\"590\"\" height=\"\"324\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>All&#8217;interno della Rocca, tra cortili e sale<\/h2>\n<p>Superato il giardino, fate attenzione: potrete infatti notare che anticamente alla Rocca esisteva un <strong>fossato <\/strong>che correva tutt&#8217;attorno all&#8217;edificio. Gli storici ipotizzano l&#8217;esistenza di un ponte levatotio che permettesse di accedervi.<\/p>\n<p>Appena varcata la soglia vi troverete nel\u00a0<strong>cortile interno,<\/strong> con la bella fontana che possiamo considerare il centro attorno al quale si sviluppa la Rocca stessa. Gli edifici che si affacciano sul cortile testimoniano la varie fasi della Rocca e in particolare le varie dominazioni della citt\u00e0, cos\u00ec come la sua trasformazione in <strong>dimora per i legati pontifici<\/strong> ed il successivo passaggio ad\u00a0<strong>carcere femminile<\/strong>\u00a0nell&#8217;allora neonato Stato Italiano. Tale utilizzo della Rocca \u00e8 poi terminato solamente nel 1985.<\/p>\n<p>Attorno al cortile si sviluppano inoltre alcuni elementi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la <strong>palazzina<\/strong>\u00a0dedicata al cardinale <strong>Del Monte<\/strong> con ampi saloni (anticamente edificio di servizio)<\/li>\n<li>la <strong>piccola chiesa<\/strong> dedicata a san Giovanni Battista<\/li>\n<li>le maestose scale di accesso alle oltre quaranta stanze del manufatto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si incontrano, inoltre,<strong> quattro torri<\/strong> dotate di altrettanti cortili interni e camminamenti, oltre alla <strong>torre del mastio,<\/strong> pi\u00f9 alta rispetto alle altre quattro e che svetta sulla citt\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/it\/storia-e-archeologia\/rocca-flea-gualdo-tadino\/attachment\/gualdo-tadino-2\/\"\" rel=\"\"attachment\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\"aligncenter\" title=\"\"Gualdo\" src=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Gualdo-Tadino.jpg\"\" alt=\"\"\"\" width=\"\"590\"\" height=\"\"324\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Storia della Rocca di Gualdo Tadino: per approfondire<\/h2>\n<p>Antichi documenti testimoniano l&#8217;esistenza della Rocca Flea gi\u00e0 alla <strong>fine del X secolo<\/strong>. Essa faceva parte dei possedimenti dei conti di Nocera, sebbene preesistente alla stessa Rocca stessa doveva essere l&#8217;antica chiesa di Sant&#8217;Angelo de Flea, come testimoniano due pitture riscoperte nel 1995 nel corso dei lavori di restauro. Nel 1177 era in possesso dell&#8217;imperatore Federico Barbarossa, mentre \u00e8 nel XIII sec, quando Wald viene visitata da <strong>Federico II di Svevia<\/strong> (il quale vi soggiorn\u00f2 a lungo), che la Rocca riprende l&#8217;antico vigore e la citt\u00e0 viene cinta da una possente cerchia muraria comprensiva di 17 Torri.<\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; questa la versione praticamente definitiva della struttura che da l\u00ec in poi sarebbe divenuta, per i secoli futuri, un punto di riferimento importante per tutti coloro che avrebbero governato la citt\u00e0 di Gualdo Tadino.<\/p>\n<p>Nel 1499 tutto il territorio gualdese, e di conseguenza anche la Rocca Flea, venne assegnata da Papa Alessandro VI alla celebre figlia <strong>Lucrezia Borgia.<\/strong> Nel 1513 e per i successivi 80 anni, la Rocca sar\u00e0 poi la sede della Legazione Cardinalizia Autonoma. L&#8217;istituto regger\u00e0 le sorti della citt\u00e0 regalandole un periodo di splendore coincidente con il Rinascimento.<\/p>\n<p>Il primo e forse pi\u00f9 famoso Cardinale Legato fu Antonio Ciocchi di Monte San Savino, nel corso del cui mandato venne costruito il nuovo acquedotto che transitava anche per la Rocca Flea. Non vi furono pi\u00f9 grandi cambiamenti della struttura che, con alterne vicende, pass\u00f2 come gi\u00e0 accennato a sede di carcere mandamentale (dal 1860 con l&#8217;avvento del regno d&#8217;Italia fino al 1985).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Rocca-Flea-foto-di-Marco-Calzuola.jpg\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\"aligncenter\" title=\"\"Rocca\" src=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Rocca-Flea-foto-di-Marco-Calzuola.jpg\"\" alt=\"\"\"\" width=\"\"590\"\" height=\"\"324\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Museo Gualdo Tadino: il Museo Civico all&#8217;interno della rocca<\/h2>\n<p>I vari utilizzi e rimaneggiamenti della Rocca richiesero importanti restauri per rendere l&#8217;edificio completamente fruibile ai turisti. E&#8217; infatti solo nel 1996 che Rocca Flea veniva definitivamente restituita alla citt\u00e0 e apre le porte ai visitatori. Dal 1999, al suo interno ospita il <strong>Museo Civico di Gualdo Tadino<\/strong>, un<strong> centro multimediale<\/strong> e il cosiddetto\u00a0<strong>Antiquarium<\/strong> all&#8217;interno della chiesa, con reperti archeologici che documentano popolamento e sviluppo del territorio gualdese dalla preistoria all&#8217;alto medioevo.<\/p>\n<p>In particolare, le <strong>tre sale che costituiscono<\/strong> <strong>l&#8217;Antiquarium<\/strong><em>,<\/em>\u00a0conservano: testimonianze e manufatti di epoca preistorica, una sezione numismatica, frammenti marmorei databili all&#8217;era romana, opere di epoca preromanica provenienti da necropoli venute alla luce proprio nei territori del gualdese. Particolarmente toccante \u00e8 la presenza di un&#8217;<strong>epigrafe funeraria<\/strong>\u00a0scolpita su tabula in calcare rosato, che racconta della piccola <em>Severa,<\/em> morta all&#8217;et\u00e0 di tre anni e teneramente ricordata dallo zio.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/it\/storia-e-archeologia\/rocca-flea-gualdo-tadino\/attachment\/rocca-flea-foto-di-emanuele-biscontini\/\"\" rel=\"\"attachment\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\"aligncenter\" title=\"\"Rocca\" src=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Rocca-Flea-foto-di-Emanuele-Biscontini.jpg\"\" alt=\"\"\"\" width=\"\"590\"\" height=\"\"324\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La sezione che il Museo dedica alla <strong>ceramica artistica<\/strong>, propone invece manufatti risalenti al <strong>XV secolo<\/strong> ed un&#8217;ampia raccolta di <strong>opere a lustro oro e rubino<\/strong> prodotte tra la <strong>fine dell&#8217;Ottocento<\/strong> e la <strong>prima met\u00e0 del Novecento. <\/strong>I preziosi lavori mettono in piena evidenza la grande fioritura di questa importante manifattura artistica nella citt\u00e0, con particolare riguardo alle maggiori personalit\u00e0 artistiche locali.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnica della ceramica a lustro fu creata infatti dall&#8217;eugubino <strong>Giorgio Andreoli<\/strong>, e prevedeva la cottura in terzo fuoco con dei particolari forni (chiamati<em> muffole<\/em>) e l&#8217;applicazione di sostanze fumogene da cui derivano tenui particelle metalliche che assumono particolari iridescenze.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Pinacoteca<\/strong>\u00a0infine raccoglie opere provenienti dalle chiese della citt\u00e0 e del territorio circostante. Di particolare pregio sono le opere quattrocentesche del noto pittore locale\u00a0<strong>Matteo da Gualdo<\/strong>, oltre ad un notevole corpus di opere di suoi seguaci.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/it\/storia-e-archeologia\/rocca-flea-gualdo-tadino\/attachment\/interno-di-rocca-flea-museo\/\"\" rel=\"\"attachment\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\"aligncenter\" title=\"\"Interno\" src=\"\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Interno-di-Rocca-Flea-museo.jpg\"\" alt=\"\"\"\" width=\"\"590\"\" height=\"\"324\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Orari di apertura e biglietti del Museo di Gualdo<\/h3>\n<p>Il biglietto per la visita dell&#8217;interno <strong>Polo Museale<\/strong> ha un prezzo di \u20ac\u00a0<strong>6,00 <\/strong>e permette la visita alla Rocca, oltre che all\u2019intero percorso museale comprensivo anche del\u00a0<strong>Museo dell&#8217;Emigrazione di Gualdo Tadino.\u00a0<\/strong>Si potr\u00e0 dunque accedere ai seguenti siti: Rocca, Museo dell\u2019Emigrazione <em>&#8220;Pietro Conti&#8221;<\/em>, Museo Opificio Rubboli, Chiesa Monumentale di San Francesco, Museo Archeologico Antichi Umbri e Museo della Ceramica.<\/p>\n<p>Riduzioni sono previste per gruppi superiori alle 15 unit\u00e0, over 65 e studenti universitari con biglietto a\u00a0<strong>5,00\u20ac<\/strong>\u00a0e per ragazzi tra i 7 ed i 18 anni con biglietto a\u00a0<strong>3,00 \u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se volete visitare la Rocca nel periodo tra <strong>Aprile<\/strong> e <strong>Maggio<\/strong> e tra <strong>Ottobre<\/strong> e <strong>Marzo<\/strong>, potrete farlo dal <strong>gioved\u00ec<\/strong> alla <strong>domenica<\/strong> e festivi e negli orari <strong>10-13\/15-18.\u00a0<\/strong>In Estate le giornate si allungano ed anche il tempo a disposizione per visitare la Rocca.
