Il Museo Archeologico di Amelia<\/strong> \u00e8 uno dei principali musei del centro urbano, attualmente ospitato presso Palazzo Boccarini, conserva reperti archeologici\u00a0romani e altomedievali, testimonianze archeologiche dell\u2019antica citt\u00e0 di Amelia.<\/p>\n

Di particolare interesse\u00a0 \u00e8 la statua bronzea di Germanico,\u00a0raffigurante il generale romano Nerone Claudio Druso, ospitata al primo piano del museo,trovata nel 1963 ad Amelia e tornata nella cittadina umbra dopo un lungo restauro; il museo conserva anche una piccola quadreria di opere di artisti locali tra cui una Pala dell’Agresti e una di Piermatteo D’Amelia<\/em>.<\/p>\n
