La Galleria conserva la raccolta museale pi\u00f9 ricca e completa di tutta l&#8217;Umbria, con i pezzi pi\u00f9 pregevoli degli artisti umbri e alcune delle pi\u00f9 significative testimonianze artistiche dell&#8217;Italia centrale.<\/p>\n<p>Qui \u00e8 possibile ammirare i lavori del <strong>Pinturicchio<\/strong>, di <strong>Piero della Francesca<\/strong> e del <strong>Perugino<\/strong>, grazie ad un percorso espositivo che accompagna il visitatore passo passo alla scoperta dei tanti capolavori del passato.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;attuale percorso museografico \u00e8 stato inaugurato nel 2006, con la raccolta ordinata in sequenza cronologica che ricopre una vasta tipologia di opere: dai dipinti su tavola o tela agli affreschi murali, alle sculture in legno e pietra, alle oreficerie e tessuti.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"\"><img class=\"\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"\" height=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Visita alla Galleria Nazionale dell&#8217;Umbria<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Arte e non solo in Galleria<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La meraviglia di una visita alla Galleria Nazionale inizia ancor prima di entrare nel museo, poich\u00e9 le sale si trovano <strong>all&#8217;interno del Palazzo dei Priori, lungo Corso Vannucci.<\/strong> Siamo nel pieno centro di Perugia, passeggiando per la via principale si noter\u00e0 senza dubbio l&#8217;imponente edificio che costituisce uno dei lati di Piazza IV Novembre, il cuore pulsante della citt\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le ampie finestre<\/strong> di alcune sale della Galleria si aprono proprio sul corso o sulla piazza sottostanti. Esse permettono alla luce naturale di filtrare all&#8217;interno cos\u00ec da illuminare le opere esposte, i cui colori sono cos\u00ec valorizzati e si offrono allo sguardo in tutto il loro splendore. Dalle finestre si pu\u00f2 godere inoltre di un punto di vista unico sul duomo, su Piazza IV Novembre stessa e sui tetti di Perugia, vero e proprio valore aggiunto della visita alla Galleria.<\/p>\n<p>Il Palazzo costituisce di per s\u00e9 un interessante esempio di architettura gotica. Qui troviamo opere importanti, come il Crocifisso ligneo della prima met\u00e0 del 1200 proveniente dalla chiesa di <em>Santa Maria di Roncione<\/em> presso Deruta, unico elemento superstite di un gruppo di figure a grandezza naturale, alcune opere scultoree di carattere profano, vari dipinti. Entriamo nel secolo successivo con la <em>Madonna col Bambino<\/em> di Duccio di Buoninsegna, esemplare testimonianza della pittura dei primi anni del Trecento, insieme ad altre opere e in particolare alcune sculture di ambito senese come la statua lignea della <em>Madonna con Bambino<\/em> del Maestro della Madonna di Perugia.<\/p>\n<p>Si presegue con il tardo gotico e le significative opere <em>Madonna in trono col Bambino e Angeli Musicanti<\/em> di Gentile da Fabriano e il <em>Polittico di Pietralung<\/em>a di Ottaviano Nelli, entrambe dei primissimi anni del Quattrocento, per giungere poi nelle sale del primo Rinascimento.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"\"><img class=\"\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"\" height=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Qui troviamo il <em>Polittico di San Domenico<\/em> di Beato Angelico, uno dei capolavori del maestro fiorentino, accanto a opere di <strong>Benozzo Gozzoli e Piero della Francesca.<\/strong> Si entra infine nel pieno del periodo rinascimentale, con varie sale che accompagnano il visitatore attraverso la bellezza dell&#8217;arte umbro-marchigiana pi\u00f9 pregevole del Quattrocento. Varie sale conservano oreficerie e avori, oltre che tessuti tipici di produzione perugina.<\/p>\n<p>Molto particolare \u00e8 la <em>Cappella dei Piori<\/em> ospitata nella sala 21, un ciclo di affreschi decorati da <strong>Benedetto Bonfigli<\/strong> che racconta episodi della vita di San Ludovico da Tolosa e del vescovo Sant&#8217;Ercolano, patrono di Perugia.<\/p>\n<p>Tra i capolavori conservati nella Galleria, citiamo le opere del <strong>Perugino<\/strong> e in particolare la <em>Madonna della Confraternita della Consolazione<\/em> (1496-1498), il <em>Cristo in piet\u00e0 gi\u00e0 cimasa della Pala dei Decemviri<\/em> (1495), la <em>Pala Signorelli<\/em> (1517) e soprattutto il <em>Polittico di Sant&#8217;Agostino;<\/em> le opere poi del <strong>Pinturicchio,<\/strong> tra cui l&#8217;imponente <em>Pala di Santa Maria dei Fossi<\/em> (1496-1498).<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"\"><img class=\"\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"\" height=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Orari e Prezzi Biglietti per la Galleria Nazionale dell&#8217;Umbria<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le sale della Galleria Nazionale<\/strong> sono allestite al secondo e terzo piano del Palazzo dei Priori, cui si accede da Via di Corso Vannucci 19.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orari di apertura:<\/strong><br \/>\nDa Marted\u00ec a Domenica: 8:30 &#8211; 19:30 (ultimo ingresso ore 18:30)<br \/>\nChiusura: tutti i luned\u00ec da Novembre a Marzo*, 1\u00b0 Gennaio, 25 Dicembre.<br \/>\n* Luned\u00ec di apertura straordinaria: a partire dal 1\u00b0 Aprile al 31 Ottobre, ore 12:00 &#8211; 19:30 (ultimo ingresso ore 18:30)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biglietti:<br \/>\n<\/strong>intero \u20ac 8,00<br \/>\nridotto \u20ac 4,00 (per cittadini dell&#8217;Unione Europea tra 18 e 25 anni e insegnanti di ruolo nelle scuole statali)<\/p>\n<p>Gratuito per tutti la prima domenica di ogni mese. We are in the historical center of Perugia. Walking through the main street, you will see the majestic building that forms one side of IV Novembre Square, the heart of the city.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"\"><strong>The large windows<\/strong> of some halls of the Gallery overlook the underlying street or square. The natural light enters by them and illuminates the works of the museum creating a charming ambience. Here, there are important works: a wood Crucifix of the beginning of 1200 from the Church of <em>Saint Maria of Roncione<\/em>\u00a0near to Deruta, the unique surviving element of a group of figures, some profane sculptures, some paintings.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"\">Then the halls dedicated to the following centuries with the\u00a0<em>Madonna col Bambino<\/em>\u00a0of Duccio of Buoninsegna, a masterpiece of the paint of 1300, togheter with other works and in particular some sculptures from Siena as the wood statue of\u00a0<em>Madonna con Bambino<\/em>\u00a0of Maestro of Madonna of Perugia.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"\">\n<p>Then there is the gothic period with the important works of <em>Madonna in trono col Bambino e Angeli Musicanti<\/em>\u00a0of Gentile from Fabriano and the\u00a0<em>Polittico di Pietralung<\/em>a of Ottaviano Nelli, both of them from the beginning of 1400.
