Nel 2017, infine, sono stati apportati lavori di sostituzione della passerella alla base del Pozzo, che oggi presenta una struttura in vetro e ferro molto funzionale, arricchita da un impianto di illuminazione appositamente studiato per valorizzare l&#8217;opera etrusca e regalare al visitatore <strong>un&#8217;esperienza unica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/it\/storia-e-archeologia\/pozzo-etrusco\/attachment\/perugia_pozzo-etrusco_passerella\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-75957\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Perugia_Pozzo Etrusco_passerella\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bellaumbria.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Perugia_Pozzo-Etrusco_passerella.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"590\" height=\"324\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">All&#8217;interno del Pozzo Etrusco di Perugia<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Il monumentale Pozzo Etrusco di Perugia<\/strong> ha delle dimensioni davvero eccezionali: la cavit\u00e0 cilindrica misura per 12 metri un diametro di 5,6 metri, che poi si riduce a 3 dopo una strozzatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il pozzo raggiunge una <strong>profondit\u00e0 di ben 37 metri<\/strong> ed \u00e8 percorribile grazie ad un geniale sistema di scale.\u00a0Le dimensioni del manufatto, del tutto inusuali rispetto alle normali caratteristiche delle riserve idriche di et\u00e0 etrusca, fanno ritenere che sia stato concepito come una cisterna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La parte superiore del tamburo \u00e8 rivestita di conci di travertino; la copertura \u00e8 realizzata con due imponenti travature, costituita ognuna da cinque conci monolitici, che a loro volta sorreggono lastroni di travertino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;opera testimonia l&#8217;elevato grado di civilt\u00e0 raggiunto dalla comunit\u00e0 perugina gi\u00e0 a quell&#8217;epoca, poi confermato dagli importanti lavori idraulici effettuati anche nei secoli successivi. Si inizia dalla nuova <strong>sala d&#8217;accoglienza<\/strong>, che ospita anche i resti di un&#8217;antica torre medievale, dove \u00e8 proiettato un <strong>video introduttivo<\/strong> con ricostruzioni in 3D che fornisce utili informazioni storico architettoniche grazie alle quali sar\u00e0 possibile comprendere le dinamiche di costruzione del pozzo e godersi appieno la visita. Dopo essersi affacciati dall&#8217;apertura che permette di osservare l&#8217;opera dall&#8217;alto, la visita prosegue scendendo <strong>nel cuore del pozzo,<\/strong> fino alla passerella posizionata a 12 metri sotto terra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Il biglietto d&#8217;ingresso<\/strong> ha un costo di \u20ac 3,00 e sono previste riduzioni e gratuit\u00e0.
