Mancano pochi giorni alla Festa degli Innamorati e a Terni fervono gli ultimi preparativi per la nuova edizione di Cioccolentino,<\/strong> che avr\u00e0 luogo per le vie del centro storico dal 13 al 17 Febbraio 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La manifestazione, inserita nel programma degli Eventi Valentiniani,<\/strong> prevede gustose degustazioni, laboratori per bambini, stand di prodotti a tema ed eventi collaterali e rappresenta un’invitante occasione per celebrare con la dolcezza del cioccolato la festa di San Valentino, patrono di Terni.<\/p>\n

Il Programma di Cioccolentino 2019<\/span><\/h2>\n

Protagonista di Cioccolentino \u00e8 sempre e comunque l’alta pasticceria<\/strong>, interpretata dai pi\u00f9 importanti Maestri Pasticceri del territorio e arricchita dagli immancabili stand delle aziende dolciarie provenienti da tutta Italia. Ricco ed articolato il programma delle attivit\u00e0 all’insegna del dolce pi\u00f9 amato, con lezioni di cioccolateria – rigorosamente artigianale – momenti “sensoriali”, degustazioni e show cooking nelle vie del centro storico.<\/p>\n

Degustare e meditare sono due momenti distinti che maturano virt\u00f9 se abbinati ad un piacevole e consapevole ascolto. Il cioccolato, il vino e la musica agiscono su di noi trovando vie multi sensoriali nascoste, talvolta imprevedibili. Il chocolate and experience \u00e8 un progetto creativo di comunicazione sonora che si realizza grazie alla collaborazione di professionisti del suono in grado di rapportarsi con le molteplici forme della comunicazione contemporanea.<\/p>\n

\nConcorso quest\u2019anno arrivato alla 9\u00b0 edizione e dedicato all\u2019amore nella storia denominato \u201cL\u2019AMORE NEL TEMPO\u201d.
\nDurante tutto il periodo verr\u00e0 allestito al centro della Galleria del Corso una gigantesca Sweet table dedicata ad ALICE NEL PAESE DELLE MERAVIGLIE, con tutti gli arredi e allestimenti del caso\u2026 funghi giganti, tazze volanti, teiere fumanti\u2026.. e mille orologi. Non mancheranno ospiti a sorpresa proprio dal mondo di Alice.
\nInoltre nell\u2019ambito dei 4 giorni si susseguiranno le dimostrazioni di cake design, pasticceria e aerografia a cura delle bravissime e pluridecorate ANGELA PENTA, MARIA PRINCIPESSA, CINZIA MATURI e la pluriblasonata e grandissima pasticcera di TONKA PASTICCERIA, GIULIA GIOCONDI. Con demo di Pasticceria, pasticceria moderna, sugar art, modelling, cake design.<\/p>\n

Nasce con l\u2019obiettivo di promuovere il cioccolato tramite attivit\u00e0 didattiche rivolte alle scuole primarie e secondarie, una programmazione che partir\u00e0 dai primi mesi di scuola. Attivit\u00e0 rivolta alle Scuole infanzia e primarie il percorso inizier\u00e0 con la riproduzione di video sul processo di produzione del cioccolato, fornendo nozioni geografiche e storiche.
\nSuccessivamente verranno trattate le condizioni socio economiche delle popolazioni che raccolgono il cacao, mostrando quanto \u00e8 complesso il percorso per ottenere un pezzo di buon cioccolato. Infine, verr\u00e0 illustrato il percorso di trasformazione che porta alla produzione di diverse tipologie di cioccolato, sar\u00e0 dato ai gruppi un po\u2019 di cacao da tostare e trasformare in cioccolato.

Missing just a few days to Saint Valentine, final preparations are under way in Terni for the new edition of Cioccolentino<\/strong>, which will take place through the streets of the historic center from 13th to 17th February 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event is part of the program of the Valentinian events<\/strong> and includes sweet tastings, workshops for adults and children, stands of themed products and side events. It is an inviting opportunity to celebrate with the sweetness of chocolate the feast of St. Valentine, patron of Terni.<\/p>\n

The chocolate and experience is a creative project of sound communication that is realized thanks to the collaboration of sound professionals able to relate with the multiple forms of contemporary communication.<\/p>\n

Inside the gallery of the course, permanent exhibition of cakes in competition.<\/p>\n

Competition this year arrived at the 9th edition and dedicated to love in history called “LOVE IN TIME”. Throughout the period will be set up in the center of the Galleria del Corso a giant Sweet table dedicated to ALICE IN THE COUNTRY OF WONDERS, with all the furniture and fittings of the case … giant mushrooms, flying cups, steaming teapots … .. and a thousand watches. There will be no surprise guests from the world of Alice.<\/p>\n

Moreover, within the 4 days there will be demonstrations of cake design, pastry and airbrushing by the very talented and highly decorated ANGELA PENTA, MARIA PRINCIPESSA, CINZIA MATURI and the multi-layered and very large pastry shop of TONKA PASTICCERIA, GIULIA GIOCONDI. With demo of pastries, modern pastry, sugar art, modeling, cake design.<\/p>\n

Emotions of love<\/strong>
\nA magical journey to discover a journey of images and emotions. The sweet nights of Valentine’s Day will envelop all lovers in a fairytale itinerary and a breathtaking atmosphere. When the night goes down, the candles light up, illuminating the exposed cakes that will light up, creating a unique and enveloping spectacle.<\/p>\n

Born with the aim of promoting chocolate through educational activities aimed at primary and secondary schools, a program that will start from the first months of school. Activities aimed at the primary and secondary schools the path will begin with the reproduction of videos on the chocolate production process, providing geographical and historical notions.<\/p>\n

Then the socio-economic conditions of the cocoa-gathering populations will be treated, showing how complex is the path to obtain a piece of good chocolate. Finally, the process of transformation that leads to the production of different types of chocolate will be illustrated, the groups will be given a bit of cocoa to toast and turn into chocolate.<\/p>\n
