La sagra \u00e8 alla sua XXXV edizione e propone come sempre piatti tipici a base di lumache e prodotti del territorio, con ricette tipiche della tradizione contadina del territorio. Il menu della sagra richiama ogni anno centinaia di buongustai, con i suoi gustosissimi piatti a base di lumache sempre preparati come da tradizione. La “Fojata”, ricetta umbra dalle origini antichissime, \u00e8 una torta salata con un sottilissimo involucro di pasta farcita con bietole, spinaci, cicoria e verdure varie, pecorino grattugiato e a uova. Con il termine “Attorta” si indica invece il dolce composto da pasta sfoglia ripiena di miele e frutta secca arrotolata su se’ stessa in forma di spirale. Questi e tanti altri i piatti da gustare nella 15esima edizione di questa speciale sagra, dedicata ai prodotti pi\u00f9 tipici della Valnerina.<\/p>\n

La Rassegna degli Antichi Sapori si ripronone di far riscoprire i sapori e le tradizioni pi\u00f9 autentiche della regione, nella cornice del piccolo borgo di Rivotorto di Assisi. Tutti i piatti serviti sono infatti rigorosamente fatti a mano e cucinati sul momento: la pasta fatta in casa ed i tipici strangozzi, il pane casereccio e la torta al testo, gli arrosti allo spiedo e i dolci tradizionali. Oltre ai piatti che assicurano sapori e profumi del passato, contribuiscono all’atmosfera autentica anche la grande struttura in legno di circa 800 mq e gli allestimenti con piatti di coccio e posate in acciaio.<\/p>\n

La sagra della Lumaca di Cantalupo di Bevagna \u00e8 una manifestazione culinaria molto conosciuta e apprezzata, all’insegna della tradizione, della semplicit\u00e0 e del gusto. La sagra \u00e8 alla sua XXXV edizione e propone come sempre piatti tipici a base di lumache e prodotti del territorio, con ricette tipiche della tradizione contadina del territorio. Il menu della sagra richiama ogni anno centinaia di buongustai, con i suoi gustosissimi piatti a base di lumache sempre preparati come da tradizione. Il gustoso piatto \u00e8 riproposto con lo stesso metodo di cottura del passato, quando i contadini durante la potatura raccoglievano le lumache e le cuocevano con semplicit\u00e0 sui carboni ardenti.<\/p>\n

The “Fojata”, Umbrian typical recipe with a really ancient origin, is a salty tarte with a very thin wrapping of pasta, stuffed with chards, spinach, chicory and other vegetables, pecorino cheese and eggs. “Attorta” is instead a sweet dish, a cake composed by a pasta dough stuffed with honey and dried fruits, wrapped itself up in a spiral form. These and many others dishes to taste, in this 16th edition of the special event dedicated to the gastronomic products of the Nera Valley.<\/p>\n
