Eppure questa vocazione dolciaria non si esaurisce con la manifestazione: tutto l&#8217;anno \u00e8 possibile visitare questo particolare museo legato a doppio filo con la storia della nota Perugina.<\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; qui infatti che vennero ideati e commercializzati per primi i tanti prodotti a base di cioccolato del noto marchio, primo tra tutti <em>Bacio Perugina<\/em> conosciuto in tutto il mondo.<\/p>\n<p>Varchiamo allora insieme la soglia di questo paradiso dei golosi!<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"\"><img class=\"\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"\" height=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>All&#8217;interno del Museo del Cioccolato, Perugia<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Perugia \u00e8 sede della storica Perugina,<\/strong> il marchio di prodotti dolciari specializzato in cioccolato celebre in tutto il mondo. A pochi chilometri dal centro storico \u00e8 nata <strong>La Casa del Cioccolato<\/strong>, proprio con l&#8217;intento di far conoscere la storia di questa industria e valorizzare quella che \u00e8 stata in tutto e per tutto un&#8217;eccellenza italiana. Visitatori e curiosi potranno avvicinarsi a questo universo e respirare in prima persona le emozioni del cioccolato!<\/p>\n<p>Il percorso si articola in tre esperienze distinte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>il Museo Storico,<\/strong> qui prende il via un percorso che ripercorre le tappe della nascita e crescita della fabbrica, tra storia e aneddoti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>la Fabbrica del Cioccolato,<\/strong> con la visita che prosegue nel laboratorio che \u00e8 il cuore stesso della produzione dolciaria (compatibilmente con il calendario produttivo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>la Scuola del Cioccolato<\/strong>, qui termina la visita con l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 per i partecipanti di provare in prima persona a diventare maestri cioccolatieri per un giorno. Durante Eurochocolate, tenete d&#8217;occhio gli eventi speciali che si svolgeranno qui! Sulle tracce della storia e dell&#8217;evoluzione della fabbrica, rivivranno infatti un piccolo mondo antico, che ha portato la produzione del cioccolato dalla fava di cacao ai milioni di Baci oramai prodotti quotidianamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La storia della Perugina<\/strong> \u00e8 legata in particolare a una donna, la nota imprenditrice umbra <strong>Luisa Spagnoli.\u00a0<\/strong>E&#8217; dalla sua intuizione infatti che nasce il <em>cioccolato Luisa<\/em>, il fondente perugina nato nel 1922. Sempre sua, l&#8217;idea di creare un cuore di gianduia e granella di nocciole, a partire dagli scarti della produzione giornaliera in fabbrica. Da qui nacque proprio il <strong>celeberrimo &#8220;Bacio Perugina&#8221;<\/strong> che diventer\u00e0 una vera e propria icona del <em>Made in Italy.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La fabbrica di cioccolato Perugina era gi\u00e0 attiva nel 1907, nata inizialmente come laboratorio di confetti destinata ben presto a diventare una vera e propria industria dolciaria. Il primo negozio verr\u00e0 aperto nel 1919, seguito dal primo store in America nel 1939. This confectionery vocation does not end with the festival: throughout the year it is possible to visit this particular museum linked to the story of the famous Perugina.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, it is here that the many chocolate products of the well-known brand were first conceived and marketed, first of all the world-famous Bacio Perugina.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s now cross the threshold of this paradise of gluttons!<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"\"><img class=\"\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"\" height=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Inside the Museum of Chocolate, Perugia<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Perugia is hometown of the historic Perugina<\/strong>, the brand of confectionery products specializing in chocolate all over the world.<strong> La Casa del Cioccolato<\/strong> was born at a few kilometers from the historic center, \u00a0with the aim of making the history of this industry known and of enhancing what has been in all respects an Italian excellence. Visitors and the curious can approach this universe and breathe first hand the emotions of chocolate!<\/p>\n<p>The Museum spaces are divided into three distinct ambiences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>the historic Museum,<\/strong>\u00a0here the visit begins with birth and stages of the growth of the factory, between history and anecdotes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>the Chocolate Factory,<\/strong>\u00a0the visit continues in the laboratory, the heart of confectionery production (compatibly with the production calendar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>the Chocolate School<\/strong>,\u00a0here the visit ends with the opportunity for the participants to try to become master chocolatiers just for one day. The first store will be opened in 1919, followed by the first store in USA in 1939.
