Sta per arrivare a Terni Cioccolentino 2012, 9a edizione della kermesse al cioccolato che celebra il Patrono di Terni e la festa degli innamorati, San Valentino.
5 giorni, dal 10 al 14 Febbraio 2012, dal claim: “Terni, Città dal Cuore Fondente“. Un modo per ricordare insieme la tradizione pasticcera, le acciaierie ed il protettore della città. Per l’edizione 2012 Cioccolentino “esonda” e non si terrà più soltanto in piazza della Repubblica, ma anche lungo corso Tacito e le vie limitrofe.

Tantissimi gli appuntamenti in programma. Ad esempio, si potranno trovare le principali opere architettoniche ternane fatte di cioccolato, da Palazzo Spada alla Basilica di San Valentino, dall’Arco di Carsulae al Torrone di Colleluna, con quest’ultima che mercoledì 14 Febbraio 2012sarà offerta ai visitatori (100 Kg di cioccolato fondente!).

Si potrà trovare la mostra“In ogni amore c’è una sorpresa“, dove le tele saranno dolcissime uova di cioccolato affiancate dai più bei scatti d’amore dei migliori fotografi ternani.

Anche i musei della città, nei giorni della manifestazione, saranno al sapor di cioccolato con “Prelibatezze in Mostra” . Grazie all’Assessorato al Turismo del Comune di Terni e alle Associazioni locali dei Pasticceri, infatti, all’interno dei Musei si potranno non solo ammirare le opere d’arte, ma anche degustare i tipici dolci ternani realizzati per l’occasione.

E, a proposito di dolci tipici, non poteva mancare il Panpepato, leccornia delle feste natalizie ternane a base di cioccolato, frutta secca e spezie. Ne sarà realizzata una versione da Guinness dei Primati che i visitatori potranno poi gustare in tutta la sua bontà, chiamata PanpepatOne. Non mancheranno naturalmente laboratori di pasticceria per adulti e per bambini, come ad esempio quello gestito dall’Istituto Alberghiero “A. Casagrande” dal nome “Primizie al Cioccolato“. E maestri cioccolatieri come Francesco Favorito, Stefano Tavanti o Fabiola Cornice pronti a svelare ogni segreto della lavorazione del cibo degli dei, originali aperitivi e gustosi menù al cacao e cioccolato e tantissime novità dal mondo del cioccolato.
Il “Casagrande” non sarà l’unico Istituto Alberghiero presente. Ci sarà anche il “G. De Carolis” di Spoleto e tutti quelli del Bel Paese che vorranno partecipare al Concorso Internazionale “Una Torta per San Valentino”, mettendo in mostra le loro capacità di alta pasticceria realizzando in diretta un dolce caratteristico della regione di provenienza ispirato al Santo degli Innamorati.

E poi ancora Due Cuori e un Camper, per i camperisti di tutto il mondo. Il concorso “White in love”, sfilata di moda per innamorati con premio. Ma anche musica, danza, sport e divertimento arricchiranno il programma.

Agli innamorati, infine, Cioccolentino 2012 dedica giochi, romantiche cene a due con specialità al cioccolato, mostre e curiosità per rendere indimenticabile la festa di San Valentino, tante attività golose, riservate agli Amori eTerni…
