A Gubbio naturalmente, e per celebrare la genialità dell’Albero di Natale più grande del mondo Gubbio organizza anche quest’anno l’evento culturale di primo ordine conosciuto come il Concerto sotto l’Albero 2013, in programma domenica 22 dicembre nella suggestiva cornice della Chiesa di San Domenico in Gubbio.
Il Concerto sotto l’Albero 2013 è una delle manifestazioni più importanti, in ambito regionale, tra quelle organizzate nel periodo di Natale e vede la partecipazione di artisti internazionali, interpreti virtuosi e raffinati dell’arte musicale.
Quest’anno i protagonisti del Concerto sotto l’Albero 2013 saranno i violinisti Pavel Vernikov e Barbara Agostinelli, il soprano Ania Vegry e il trombettista Andrea Lucchi.

Un’occasione imperdibile per ascoltare il suono dei pregevoli violini di Pavel Vernikov e Barbara Agostinelli, due nomi profondamente legati al territorio. Il celebre violinista russo Pavel Vernikov è stato per tanti anni Direttore Artistico del Gubbio Festival, mentre Barbara Agostinelli, da tanti anni protagonista nei palcoscenici dei maggiori teatri e sale da concerto con i più grandi Direttori del mondo, è stata nominata Eugubina dell’anno 2013.
Pavel Vernikov suona il prezioso Gianbattista Guadagnini 1747, di proprietà della Fondazione Pro Canale di Milano; Barbara Agostinelli suona un Tomaso Balestrieri 1772.

Il programma del concerto avrà protagonisti anche Andrea Lucchi, Prima Tromba dell’Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale dell’Accademia di Santa Cecilia, nonché Prima Tromba ospite delle principali Istituzioni Musicali, e il Soprano Ania Vegry, uno dei più promettenti astri nascenti della sua generazione, la più giovane solista ammessa al Teatro dell’Opera di Hannover.

For many years the famous Russian violinist Pavel Vernikov was  the Artistic Director of Gubbio Festival, while Barbara Agostinelli, for many years a leading figure in the stages of major theaters and concert halls with the biggest directors in the world, has been appointed 2013 best “Eugubina” (Gubbio’s citizen). Pavel Vernikov plays the precious 1747 Giambattista Guadagnini violin; Barbara Agostinelli plays a 1772 Tomaso Balestrieri violin.

The concert program will also own performances of Andrea Lucchi, Principal Trumpet of the National Symphony Orchestra of Santa Cecilia Academy and Principal Trumpet of the major musical institutions, and the soprano Ania Vegry, one of the most promising rising stars of his generation, the youngest soloist admitted to the Hannover State Opera House.
