Citerna, uno de “I Borghi più Belli d’Italia“, si appresta ad ospitare la 5a edizione di CiternaFotografia, Festival Fotografico dell’Alta Valle Tiberina dedicato alla relativa arte ed alla sua capacità di indagare l’animo umano.
Dopo l’anteprima del 7 Aprile 2013, a partire dalle ore 09:30 dalla piazzetta di Citerna con “Click and go” – reportage fotografico dell’Alta Valle del Tevere in Vespa (organizzata in collaborazione con il Vespa Club di Città di Castello. 25 vespisti condurranno 25 fotografi in un percorso attraverso i borghi dell’Alta Valle del Tevere: Anghiari, Sansepolcro, San Giustino, Città di Castello, Umbertide e Citerna. Ad ogni tappa verrà fatta una lettura fotografica del territorio), il Festival si svolgerà dal 27 Aprile al 9 Giugno 2013.

Tema di CiternaFotografia 2013 sarà “linea di confine”, che può essere inteso sotto molteplici punti di vista. Ad esempio come teatro di guerra, temporale oppure ancora tra la vita e la morte. E molteplici saranno anche gli strumenti con cui verrà indagato, attraverso mostre, conferenze, letture portfolio, incontri e workshop.

Le esibizioni saranno visitabili dalle 10:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 16:00 alle 19:00 dal lunedì al venerdì. Sabato e domenica dalle 10:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 16:00 alle 19:30.
Inoltre si potranno trovare altre personali e collettive in alcuni esercizi di Citerna grazie a CITERNA OFF. Sara Lusini presso il ristorante “Le Civette”, Foto Club Sansepolcro presso il Piccolo Museo di Fighille, fraz. di Citerna (fino al 12 Maggio). The exhibits can be visited from 10:00 to 13:00 & 16:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30.
You can find some other solo and group shows in some shop of Citerna thanks to CITERNA OFF. Sara Lusini at “Le Civette” restaurant, Sansepolcro Photo Club at the Piccolo Museo di Fighille, Citerna hamlet (until May 12th). On the first floor of the Palazzo Comunale instead “will rotate” Gruppo Istanti Perugia (until May 10th), the Imago Arezzo Photografic Association (May 11th to 24th, 2013) and last, but not least, Centro fotografico Tifernate (from May 25th to June 9th, 2013).

Among the guests, meetings & conferences you will find the meeting with the photographers Francesco Cito and Antonio Manta – moderator Sandro Iovine of the magazine Il Fotografo, Saturday, April 27th, 2013, 16:30 Bontempelli Theatre. Sunday, April 28th, but always at Bontempelli starting at 21:00 Onlus Night with the Gli Occhi della Speranza: meeting with the photographers Gianfranco Amadori, Andrea Braschi, Carlo Landucci, Paolo Pagni & Fulvio Zubiani. Last date for this section Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 17:00 with the Sandro Iovine Conference’s on “The Photojournalism in Italy”.

Many will also be the Workshops:

  • “Street Photography” by Felix Lupa (in English);
  • “Experience or language: the relationship between reality and photographic reality in the era of the iPhone” by Augusto Pieroni.
