Il Palazzo del Gusto – Enoteca Regionale dell’Umbria (ex convento S. Giovanni) sito ad Orvieto è pronto ad ospitare l’11esima edizione di Cantine & Chef Alla Ribalta: 4 cantine umbre saranno protagoniste per 4 settimane, dal 13 Agosto al 9 Settembre 2012.

Ogni settimana sarà dedicata alla degustazione dei vini di una cantina che sarà, appunto, “alla ribalta”. Al costo di 8,00 € dal lunedì al venerdì, 10:00-12:00 e 16:00-18:00.
Ed ogni venerdì a Cantine & Chef alla Ribalta 2012, dalle ore 20:30, l’azienda agricola “troverà” alla Terrazza del Palazzo del Gusto uno chef dei ristoranti del territorio, per creare degli originali abbinamenti cibo-vino. Costo della cena € 30,00, 28,00 € per soci F.I.S.A.R. e Slow Food.

  • dal 13 al 19 Agosto 2012 cantina Lapone di Orvieto. Chef ospite Venerdì 17 Agosto Giangiacomo Blesio del ristorante Belvedere di Orvieto;
  • dal 20 al 26 Agosto 2012 cantina Conti Faina di Collelungo. Chef ospite il 24 Agosto 2012 Paolo Trippini del ristorante Trippini di Civitella del Lago;
  • dal 27 Agosto al 2 Settembre 2012 Cardeto. Venerdì 31 Agosto saranno 2 le chef e 2 i ristoranti, con Valentina Santanicchio del ristorante Al Saltapicchio di Orvieto e Paola Cacciarino del ristorante Borgo Fontanile di Baschi;
  • dal 3 al 9 Settembre 2012 Il Castello delle Regine. 7 Settembre 2012 chef Maria De La Paz del ristorante La Locanda di Montecchio.
