Umbria Music Fest - XI Edition

The Umbria Music Fest cuts the ribbon of its eleventh edition the September 3, 2010, and it crosses this year the boundaries of the region and reaches the city of Rome and Pescara.
Alviano, Assisi, Massa Martana, Montefalco, Norcia, Perugia, Spello, Spoleto and Todi are the Umbrian towns that host the events of the festival.
The art in all its forms manifests in four cultural itineraries, divided into weekends that revolve around themes of elements: earth, water, air and fire.
The artistic world involved goes from classical music to the notes of jazz, from cinema to literature, until the world of photography, in an artistic unique, varied and harmonic at the same time, under the direction of Maestro Walter Attansi.
New event the performance of "Mass of Requiem" of Giuseppe Verdi scheduled to Assisi, Rome and Pescara.
The event enjoys the patronage and cooperation of many institutions and associations including the Ministry of Heritage and Culture of the Region of Umbria, the Province of Perugia Tourism Promotion Agency, the Chamber of Commerce of Perugia, and all the municipalities involved.
