Road :
FROM SOUTH (NAPLES): Highway A1 direction North - exit Orte; continue in direction of Terni and follow 1) indications for SS 209 Valnerina (MARMORE WATERFALLS); 2) state road Flaminia for Spoleto, then tunnel of 4 KM for the Valnerina; In both cases continue then for Cascia along the SS 320 and follow the indications for Fogliano.

FROM ROME: Via salaria up to Rieti. Continue for Leonessa, then for Cascia (KM 140) and follow the indications for Fogliano.

FROM NORTH (FLORENCE): highway A1 direction South - exit Val di Chiana; Connection for Perugia-Assisi-Spoleto-Valnerina in direction of Cascia and follow the indications for Fogliano.

FROM BARI: highway Adriatica up to San Benedetto del Tronto. Statal road for Ascoli Piceno -salaria deviation for Norcia (TUNNEL FORCA CANAPINE) - CASCIA. 395, once arrived to Cascia follow the indications for Fogliano.

Train: Line Rome-Ancona, get off at the station of Spoleto. Line Rome-Florence, get off at Orte and take a connection for Spoleto. In both cases get off at Spoleto and take the bus for Cascia.

Airports: Sant'Egidio (Perugia) Fiumicino (Rome)
