Still nowadays, all the oil of the firm is realized with olives of our own production, coming from the hills of Spello, and bottled in Trevi, very close to the area of cultivation. |

Azienda Agraria PistelliTerniThe location, the altitude, the climate and the calcareous nature of the hill above the area of Terni, have allowed the development of a local typical variety of olive trees called "Moraiolo", that produces a fruit small but of excellent quality. The olives still hand picked on the trees, are worked with the traditional and antique system of millstone crusher in granite rock. |
