What better time then to visit this beautiful countryside of Umbria, to wander between wineries spread throughout the territory, tastings of prestigious labels: Sagrantino of Montefalco, the Orvieto Classico, Rosso of Torgiano to name a few, that are known for their characteristics, known everywhere for their delicious taste!
You can get close to the famous extra virgin olive oil, perhaps attend the production process of the same, the oil grown and produced in the immense olive groves of the western part of Umbria: the hills of Assisi, those of Spello, Foligno, Trevi, Campello.

Here you can taste typical products of the umbrian autumn season: mushrooms, truffles, chestnuts, honey, freshly picked from the woods and offered to consumers in their most pure and genuine form or reworked in delicious cooking by the artisans of valtiberina!
