ONE - Outdoor Nature Experience

The 10, 11 and 12 September 2010 move yuor emotion with ONE, the only incredible event in central Italy dedicated to sport activities in direct contact with nature!
Guess where? But in Umbria of course!
In the Marmore Waterfall, for 3 consecutive days you can enjoy many activities, with varying degrees of difficulty, conducted or supervised by caving guides, rafting guides, hiking guides.
Heart of the event is the waterfall, though all the land around is concerned: the Valnerina, the Nera River Park, the Piediluco Lake.
The more daring will be able to go rafting and hydro speed, canyoning or to discover the beauty of how the water in time diggings the earth.
To mark in the calendar, the great rappelling rope skipping first waterfall, seen from Belvedere bottom or top of Cascade, Saturday and Sunday from 13.30 onwards.
Beware, you can only watch and not participate in this event.

Instead, is possible to descend into the mysterious caves of beautiful waterfall or make trekking in the woods surrounding landscapes, on foot or bicycle, or walk quietly, without big efforts in an area where water and nature never let you hand.

In addition to sport, also side activities such as boat trips to Piediluco to become a privileged observer of the suggestion of the lake.
