2011 Mostra Mercato Nazionale del Tartufo di Valtopina (National Market Exhibition of Valtopina Truffle)

The Mostra Mercato Nazionale del Tartufo di Valtopina (National Market Exhibition of Valtopina Truffle) is one of the most important at the national level, as well as the last event tied to the truffle season, which is in Umbria and in Italy. And, as always, will take place over the last two weekends of November. For the 2011, 31st edition, will be on November 19th-20th and 26th-27th. 4 days of free tastings, exhibitions, markets, conferences, competitions, concerts, shows, tours, excursions and itineraries of "taste" for the precious tuber, but also of the other jewels of the area, the Valley of the Topino and the Nature Regional Park of Mount Subasio. Event inserted for the third year in 2011 Frantoi Aperti (Open House at the Oil Mills).

Present in the fair zone the "Eccellenze dell'Umbria" pavilion, where you can meet several DOP, DOC, IGP and Presìdi Slow Food certified companies. And in this area you can make delicious tasting with truffles, inspired by local cuisine.

Space also to the art, for example with the play "Estasi Culinarie – Lettura teatrale con accompagnamento musicale" (Culinary Ecstasy – Theater reading with incidental music). On November 26th, 2011, 16:30, Salone delle Eccellenze.
