From Foligno to Trevi
Leaving Foligno and going north, follow the directions for Assisi and you'll shortly arrive at Spello, from there, descending by taking the roads which conduct to the Foligno plain you can visit the town of Bevagna and afterwards the Castle of Gualdo Cattaneo.
From Terni to Calvi dell'Umbria
After having taken the National Road "Flaminia", after 15 Km. one arrives at Narni.
From Cittò di Castello to Monte Santa Maria Tiberina
Leaving Città di Castello, you'll arrive at S. Giustino following the State road 3, which runs along the bottom of the valley, from there continue following the course of the Savara stream until you reach the town of Citerna.
From Orvieto to Allerona
From Orvieto along the state road 448, which banks along the sunshine highway, in a southerly direction one reaches the village of Baschi and from here, crossing the boundery into the Region of Lazio, one may also visit the village of Bagnoreggio.
Gastronomic Route
This itinerary will delight lovers of the typical regional cuisine. Starting out from the Sibilline Mountains, which are nature park of great value, you'll arrive at Castelluccio following the provincial road Terni-Macerata.

L'itinéraire reparcourt le trajet de 46km que Saint François a suivi pour la première fois en 1206 après Jésus-Christ, allant d’Assise à Gubbio, et qu’ensuite le Saint suivra pour de longs trajets chaque fois qu’il voudra rejoindre le Sanctuaire de la Verna.

I Jour: Arrivée à Terni et visite de la ville: Piazza Tacito, Eglise St Cristoforo (13ème siècle), Eglise St François (13ème siècle) et l'Eglise de Santa Maria delle grazie. L'après-midi, visite de la Sainte Caverne de St François, de l'Eglise St Girolamo et de l'Eglise St François à Narni; continuation vers Calvi dell'Umbria pour une visite de l'Eglise St François.
