In...Canto d'Estate 4 - 2011

Fourth edition in San Venanzo, at the Parco Comunale Villa Faina Faina, for In...Canto d'Estate, the four days, from 14 to July 17, 2011, which combines good food and good live music.

Every evening from the 19 there will be the coupling between different menus and band on stage, making each event unique in its kind.

On 14 there will be the Audioclub, a cover band from Perugia ranging from rock to funk, from dance '70/'80 to Rythm & Blues. The very respectable cooks prepare tagliatelle al sugo di lepre (noodles with hare sauce), and coratella.

On 15, for the first author music festival, is the turn of Nobraino, considered among the ten best live groups selected from the most important Italian clubs (ranked KeepOn Best Live). The menu for the evening includes umbricelli (or Umbrichelli, ed) all'amatriciana and wild boar, cake and grass.

The Buscaja, Fred Buscaglione cover band, will perform Saturday, July 16, accompanied by steamed polenta, tortellini with mushrooms and roasted duck with potatoes. Will close the event, the Sardinian gnocchi (handmade), beef steak, and cold cuts. Will go up on stage the Audio Magazine.

In addition, every evening there will be a tournament of Burraco, accompanied by prosciutto and melon, salami and cheese platter, plate Incanto (assorted), Trofie with Sella, Mixed Grill, scottadito Lamb, Torta al Testo, chips, spiedini of fruits and Watermelon.
