On the upper floor, the air-conditioned restaurant features two large and well-lit rooms that can seat about 220 people. From the table settings to the specialties that will tickle your senses, everything reflects top-quality wining and dining. There are special menus to offer our guests a chance to taste Umbria's traditional cuisine, accompanied by wines that have been specially selected by our sommelier, Francesco Marchetti.
The pleasure of fine dining is enhanced by imaginative condiments, made using choice ingredients. And then there's a selection of the finest grappa, to be sipped as you sit back and relax.

The restaurant is also just the place to enjoy our delicious buffet breakfast, featuring homemade sweets and pastries, as well as recipes to help you discover traditional flavors.

Dal 1890 la nostra cucina ha sempre guardato avanti, al futuro. Oggi si pone come laboratorio, ricerca e sperimentazione per un sempre miglior equilibrio dei sapori, al fine di suscitare al palato sempre nuove e piacevoli sensazioni.
