On 18 and 19 June Vallo di Nera hosting the 2011 edition of Fior di cacio, the event dedicated to dairy products from Umbria; for two whole days the small town in the province of Perugia will become the capital of cheese festivals and events in the name of Umbrian cuisine.
Also this year there are many events organized for the occasion, from guided tours along the paths of transhumance up guided tours to discover the culinary dairy products.
Fior di cacio represents an important moment for the region and an opportunity to know and taste the dairy products Umbrian reppresentano real excellence in the Italian gastronomic landscape.
