2011 FestivOl, 5th edition

At Trevi (PG) returns for the fifth consecutive year FestivOl, an event in honor of the new Umbria DOP extra virgin olive and the first pressing. Event included in 2011 Frantoi Aperti (Open House at the Oil Mills).

There will be two days, October 29th and 30th, 2011, full of tastings, open mills, special menus, farmer's market, "bruschettas" in the streets, many other side events (like concerts, urban and inurban trekking, horseback riding, taste workshops and activities dedicated to children) and the market of the Presìdi Slow Food: the guest region this year will be the Marche, but will also be present Lazio, Emilia Romagna, Campania, Puglia, Abruzzo and Trentino.

Trevi, in addition to being the head of the Strada dell'Olio Dop Umbria (Umbria DOP Oil Road), is one of the Borghi più belli d'Italia (Most Beautiful Villages in Italy) and is famous for its Sedano Nero (Black Celery).
