Countryhouse Le Rondini di Francesco di Assisi, open from Easter to the Extended Holiday of 1st November including, is just 9km far from Assisi, in the wide valley of Spoleto, Umbria; very near to Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Foligno, Bevagna e Perugia: the most beautiful location you may dream in Umbria!It has been built in the style of a country villa, but with the most comfortable and modern equipment.The 10 apartments, 6 at the groundfloor and 4 at the first floor, are fully equipped for a fully independent stay. 2 of those apartments are specially designed for people with disabilities.1 kitchen/dining/living room with double (2) sofa bed��" 1 double bedroom and 1 single bed- 1 bathroom with showerIn the price are included: bed, bath and kitchen linen; the use of water gas, electricity; final cleaning, weekly and intermediate changing of the linen once a week (for stay of minimum 7 nights), internet wi-fi, cradle for child (on request at the booking), use of the pool (from April to September), play area for the children and car parking, 2 bikes on request, table tennis and foosball table. Mediterranean breakfast buffet, on request, from 8.30 to 10.30, exclusively prepared with typical and genuine products for a pleasant wake up: milk, tea, chocolate, ground coffee, brioches and fresh bread, butter, little marmalades, fruit juices, biscuits, yogurt, sliced meats will be served at 6€ daily per person. Children under 12 years pay 3€ child under 3 years free.
