We use biological products, directly from our garden and breeding, for the making of traditional and local recipes. One of our specialities is extra virgin olive oil, from nearby farms, and Montefalco wine.
We offer a different menu for every day of the week, but also accept special requests via reservation. Menu "à la carte" dedicated to the tipycal Umbrian cuisine, tagliatelle, lasegna, gnocchi handmade as the tradition wants.
AND AFTER LUNCH, ENJOY THE POOL!! During the Summer months of June, July and August 2016, guests who come for lunch will use the SWIMMING POOL FOR FREE! Menu has a price of 20,00 € per person and 10,00 € for children between 4 and 12 years old.
The fixed menu has a price of 20€ par person.

Each meal is served with some field herbs: pimpinella, caccialepri, piscacane or other vegetables from the biological vegetable-garden.
