At our restaurant you can enjoy all the tradition that is the basis of Umbrian cuisine, with dishes inspired by the generally popular cuisine.
Umbria is little affected by regionivicine, based essentially on its recipes and meat products from the earth, which are used both in big occasions both in the daily meals.
Our cuisine is simple, with manufacturing in general not too elaborate, which enhance the flavors of raw materials, with frequent use of legumes and cereals. Typical is the working of carnesuina and the production of sausages, in particular in the area of Norcia, hence the term
Italian "butcher" to indicate the manufacturer and seller of sausages.
Other ingredients "noble" that occur in the flavors are the Umbrian truffles and extra virgin olive oil: the latter 's Umbrian cuisine can not do without.
