The 2nd Weekend starts Friday, February 24th, 2012 at 10:00 am at the Palazzo Comunale - Sala del Consiglio Maggiore with a meeting of the Camera di Commercio of Perugia. Followed by panel discussion on "Conservation of truffle products and processing of products in our tradition", by the Camera di Commercio.
