Villa Luisa Restaurant has been directly managed - with great passion - for over 20 years by Natale and Nerina Castrichini, together with Chef Pasquina. They propose a cuisine tied to our rich traditional heritage and our local flavours: cold meats, cheese, lentils, mushrooms, black truffle, extra virgin olive oil, traditional "umbricelli", hunted game, meat, grilled delights.... You will taste these ingredients in our dishes, sipping a glass of wine from the most precious vineyards of Umbria, like Grechetto of Todi or Sagrantino of Montefalco.
Many traditional dishes have been renewed with a modern touch and others are prepared in order to respond to every personal need and palate. We propose also vegetarian and gluten-free dishes in our menu.
Our restaurant has two intimate and quiet halls and a larger and really bright hall, with a half-round form particularly adapted for banquets and events.
During Summer it is also possible to eat outside. You will taste fresh lunches surrounded by the green of our garden or in the pool area, under the shadows of the oaks and the wood gazebo. Dinners will be served in the panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the Martani Mounts.
