On February 14th, 2013 will again be Saint Valentine, Patron Saint of Terni and the protector of love, not only between lovers but in all its forms. And, like every year, Terni is preparing to celebrate Valentine's Day through the 2013 Eventi Valentiniani, container of events from February 1st to March 12th, 2013.
The programme of the festival is divided into Religious and Civil.
Among the appointments of the religious programme can certainly not go unnoticed 4 celebrations and a spiritual encounter: Feast of the Patron Saint and Solemn Pontifical Mass; Festa della Promessa (Feast of the Promise); Festa delle Nozze d'Argento (Feast of the Silver Wedding Anniversary); Festa delle Nozze d'Oro (Feast of the Golden Anniversary); Disegni di Affettività (Drawings of Affection).
Feast of the Patron Saint, February 14th, 2012 at the Basilica of S. Valentino. Mass 07:00 - 08:00 - 10:00 - 16:00 - 17:00 - 18:00 - 19:00. At 11:00 am Solemn Pontifical Mass presided over by His Eminence Cardinal Ennio Antonelli, animated by the Corali San Valentino and Edi Toni.
The Festa della Promessa is held on the Sunday before February 14th (February 10th, 2013 at 11:00, Basilica of S. Valentino). Is open to all the engaged couples who are getting married within the year. Solemn Mass presided by His Excellency Rev. Msgr. Vincenzo Paglia and with the presence of the Corali San Valentino and Edi Toni, where couples will renew their wedding vows. At the end of to the engaged couples will be given a parchment and, to the future brides, a bouquet of flowers.
The Festa delle Nozze d'Argento, to celebrate 25 years of marriage, will be held Sunday, February 17th, 2013, 11:00 am Basilica of S. Valentino. Once again present the Corali San Valentino and Edi Toni.
Festa delle Nozze d'Oro, for 50 years of marriage. Solemn Eucharistic Celebration animated by Coro di Giulia and Corale San Francesco - Santuario di Piediluco. Sunday, February 24th, 2013 at 11:00, Basilica of San Valentino.
Disegni di affettività. On February 10th, 2013 at 09:00, Basilica of S. Valentino, spiritual retreat of the engaged couples that will participate in the Festa della Promessa. Last year was attended by about 200 people from 15 different Italian regions.
Moving on to the civil, stand out: 2013 Cioccolentino; 2013 Saint Valentine International Marathon, 3rd edition; Umbria for #winelovers/13; the independent events of 2013 Not Official San Valentino.

Umbria for #winelovers/13 - I vini di San Valentino (The Valentine's wines): the CAOS of Terni will host, from February 14th to 17th, the #winelovers, web communities (over 10,000 users from 12 countries, including Italy, ed) consisting of sommeliers, enologists, journalists, bloggers, experts and aficionados. Will be four days of tastings, pairings, seminars and courses to learn about the wines of Saint Valentine, "told" and "followables" in real time via smartphones and tablets on Facebook and Twitter (hashtag #winelovers). In addition space to food with the I Sapori della Valnerina Market-Exhibition and the Spuntini d'autore. And even live music, art, theatre and Mountain biking through the Valnerina.
