From February 13th to May 22nd, 2013 at the facilities of the headquarters of the Suite Coworking of Terni, Corso Tacito 5, will be held the third edition of the Corso di Fotografia Digitale e Cultura dell'Immagine Artistica (Course of Digital Photography and Culture of the Artistic Image), promoted by UmbriaLab and Formazione Fotografica.
The course aims to spread the photographic culture in the territory, suitable for those who want to start and/or examine in depth the techniques of shooting and editing, but above all understand and train your "photographic eye". Not to mention the philosophical perception behind a "simple" click.
The 2013 Digital Photography and Culture of the Artistic Image Course consists of 14 appointments, divided into 2 macro sections:
- the Snap, the Shoot (8 lessons). The camera - The composition of the picture - The use of the light - Depth of field - Time and Aperture - The exposure. Notions of photographic and igurative culture, with examples from the history of art and photography;
- the Digital Darkroom (6 lessons. How to optimize your photo with the photo editing softwares, such as Adobe Photoshop).
The lessons, on a weekly basis, will be held on Wednesdays, from 21.30 to 23:00. And they will be held by Angelo Moretti, creator of Marsciano Arte Giovani and curator of exhibitions and photography courses. By Gabriele Gaspardis, passionate and an expert connoisseur of photographic techniques and, last but not least, Michelel Cricco, a specialist in post-production and printing processes.
The seats available are 20 and the cost of the course is € 249,00, which also included two talks by professional photographers (Walter Scappini e Pierpaolo Metelli). And a "photographic trip", where the students can put into practice the concepts learned in class.
