The 46th edition of Corciano Festival will be held from 7 to 22 August 2010.
Corciano will be full by events, appointments with art, theater, music and meetings dedicated to the memory of its origins.

The Corciano Festival evokes moments of everyday life in the section devoted to Pageants , where citizens are the protagonists of a historical representation intimately experienced, with deep sympathy.
Events in costume of '400 which have value in order to resubmit the life of a medieval castle, several religious events of the period and return the old in the current landscape with all the strength he once had.
Serenades of Minstrels, Historical Parade, Procession of Light....
The first edition was published in 1965.Nel over time the event has gradually grown and differentiated into several sections:

The Visual Arts with exhibitions and awards of painting and sculpture, among which the 2010 exhibition of Stefano Di Stasio "L'Inattuale" in the Church of San Francesco, the exhibition of Dante Filippucci in the Monumental Complex of Antonio Abate, the exhibition of Braj Zone in the Antiquarium, the exhibition of Enzo Brunori the room of the Mill.
The section devoted to Music which features classical music concerts and an international competition for original composition for band. The competition organized since 1980 is intended to guide the composers to the orchestra of woodwinds.
The section of the Theater with multiple appointments.
The 2010 edition presents for 8, 10,11 and 12 August the show "Voci della Luna", in collaboration with Farneto Theater and directed by Maurizio Schmidt.
In practice four evenings in which the protagonist is poetry that is accompanied by a wonderful soundtrack. Among the actors who will be we remember Paolo Rossi, Italian singer and actor that in the night of San Lorenzo will attend the festival with the actress Lucy Vasini and musician Emmanuel Dell'Aquila.

The section Literature and Poetry with features book presentations, poetry and a competition of poetry dedicated to the city.
For the Cinema section the program is open to reflections and representations of shorts.
Last but certainly not for cultural importance or value the section Cena Con Delitto , which provides a winning format in the evenings of 12 and 20 August, special dinners in the Garden of the old "Spedale".
Who will attend to the banquet will have to solve a great mystery attached to a murder.
Who will be the culprit?
The game is based on elo csambio sharing of information, evidence and opinions among the guests to solve the mystery ...
Investigative teams are formed from groups of 8 / 10 people who work together to unmask the culprit and the winner a prize wines of Lake Trasimeno.
