How to book in the booking system of Bella Umbria? A few simple steps and you will just need to pack!

1. Select the receptive structure of your interest using the research engine "Search for your ideal accommodation".
2. In the obtained list you find all the possible accommodations with short cards on the hotels. You can get more information on these hotels, before going on with the booking, by clicking on the name of the receptive structure: you directly get to the official site of the structure itself.
3. Once you have chosen the structure you want to book, click on the button "book online" in the card of the selected hotel.
4. In the opening page enter the dates you want to book for: the arrival date and the departure date (day/month/year) and click on "continue".
5. The system shows you the list of what is free in the receptive structure for these dates, insert the quantity of the requested services (number of double rooms you need etc). Click on "continue".
6. You can now choose how many eventual additional beds you need. Click on "continue".
7. Now the system asks you the age of the persons if some discounts are to be considered, on the basis of the age, provided by the receptive structure you are asking for. Click on "continue".
8. Now you can view the partial cost estimate of your expenses: you also get the list of the services included in the price and the list of eventual extras you can choose and their relative costs. Choose the extras you want and Click on "continue".
9. Now you can view the final cost estimate, including the costs of the extras if you have selected some. Enter now your login and password.

If you have forgotten your login and password click on the apposite link. A window will open where you can enter your username. Our staff will send your password to the address you have specified during the registration.

If you do not have a login and password it is enough to click at the bottom of the page on "click here".

The registration form that will open asks you to insert a short list of information and moreover you can choose your login and password.

10. Once again you find in front of you the estimate cost of expenses and at the bottom the modalities of payment you can choose (the modalities you can choose are selected by the hotel manager among "payment in hotel", "bank transfer", "credit card with guarantee" and "credit card") and moreover you can write in an apposite field notes for the hotel manager who will host you. Click on "confirm".
11. If you have chosen a method including the credit card you access to a codified and secure area where you can leave the data of the card. Otherwise you see the information the hotel manager has estimated important to give you in order to proceed to the payment. Click, if necessary, once again on "confirm".

Now all you have to do is to print the page you see that, if you want, will be your voucher to present to the hotel and to pack your luggage!
