Popular everywhere the Carnival in Umbria that in this 2010 back to enjoy whit your allegorical floats and carnival parades of Guardea, Acquasparta, Todi with its usual annual edition of Carnevalandia, Perugia with the carnival of San Sisto, the famous Carnival of Sant' Eraclio, the carnival for the children to Città della Domenica, the Feast of Fools in Trevi saturday February 6.

The Carnival of Sant 'Eraclio will keep us company in 3 Sunday, of 31 January, 7 and 14 February 2010.

Guardea is famous then for a special cake called the Crisciola, a sort of pancake made of aniseed and sugar, simple but very tasty, of ancient origin, revisited in the way of preparation but still good to eat, especially fresh from the oven!

At Acquasparta in the same Sunday the festivities start at 14.30 and here will cheer the allegorical floats parade in the town between music and dancing.
Opened Tavern where you can taste the sauce, polenta, lentils from Castelluccio, and mutton skewers the brace.Then homemade pastries and the best wines of the "Cantina".
