Eighth edition of Cantine e Chef alla Ribalta, annual Umbrian event in which to be the star once again are the gastronomic specialties of the area.
From Orvieto Classico to the Sagrantino, from red of Torgiano to white of Colli Amerini, from wines of Trasimeno to those of Acquasparta.
Cantine e Chef alla Ribalta is a 'great opportunity to enhance and promote local Umbrian products: famous wines in all over Italy and regional cuisine can be enjoyed at least once in their lifetime.
Tourists can only be thrilled to attend an event like this ...
They are to try the product knowledge through guided tours at Enoteca Regionale dell'Umbria and at Palazzo del Gusto, or tasting techniques and descriptions of the products or to rediscover the taste of one conviviality of a high level , through tasting dinners held in the places involved in the event.
The appointment with the dinner formula is in various restaurants in town.
From Monday to Friday from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 19.00 tasting (operating with winecard) in collaboration with Fisar to know the wines from the cellar of the Week - (€. 6.00).
