2011/2012 C'era una volta... a Natale (Once upon a time... at Christmas) - 3rd edition

The 2011/2012 edition, the third, of "C'era una volta... a Natale" (Once upon a time... at Christmas) is coming in Montefalco (PG), from December 3rd, 2011 to January 5th, 2012. Once upon a time... at Christmas is a container of initiatives and events, Christmas themed, for children but also for adults. The city of Sagrantino wine is decorated with original decorations, handmade and environmentally friendly by Moka, Association of culture.

It starts Saturday, December 3rd with the inauguration, by 16:30 at the Teatro San Filippo Neri, the 4a Mostra Nazionale di Presepi (4th National Exhibition of Cribs), edited by Angela Celesti. The exhibition will be open until January 8th, 2012 at the Cloister of St. Agostino, 10:00-13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 on Sundays and holidays, 15:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. From 17:30, instead, at Piazza del Comune square, Accendiamo il Natale (Turn on the Christmas), a special Christmas carpet will alter the everyday perception of the Square's space and traditional Christmas songs from the choir of St. Bartholomeo - Montefalco, director Antonio Barbi.
From December 11th, 2011 will start the second exhibition, entitled C'era una volta... il balocco (Once upon a time... the toy). From 17:00 at the Museum of San Francesco and by the Museum of the game and toy of Perugia. Every day except Monday, 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00.

So many events for children, such as laboratories, songs, plays and screenings of cartoons, which will be free admission except for the laboratories, where is required a contribution of € 5.00. But, as we have already said, even adults will have their satisfactions with concerts of sacred and classical music, theater plays.
