Franco Battiato's concert at Villa Fidelia in Spello (PG)

Franco Battiato, who started with his "Up Patriots To Arms" from Rome on July 15th, will arrive on August 2, 2011 to Villa Fidelia in Spello (PG).

The singer-songwriter on this tour, whose name is taken from the title of his 80's hit, will merge techno-rock rhythms with classic sounds and will be accompanied by a band of nine elements: the two maestro Guaitoli Carlo, piano and Angelo Privitera, keyboards and programming; plus the Nuovo Quartetto Italiano, consists of two violinists, Luigi Mazza and Alessandro Simoncini, Demetrius Comuzzi the viola, the cello Luca Simoncini, Davide Ferrario on guitar, Lorenzo Poli at the bass and Giordano Colombo on drums.

As can be seen from the title, the show will be "a call to arms" against the degradation of Italian society and political, and the brilliant Sicilian artist will fish in with both hands between his repertoire to succeed, choosing the songs with the strongest texts as em>Auto Da Fè, Il Ballo Del Potere, Shock In My Town, La Cura, Summer In A Solitary Beach and many more.

The beginning of the concert is scheduled for 21:30 and the cost of the ticket for the stalls is 34.50 euros for the third order, 46.00 for the second and 57.50 for the first.
