Country House "La Prima Mela", situated into the farm, lies between Terni and Sangemini, on the slopes of Martani Mountains, and is a very good point of departure for the modern traveller to the discovery of natural and cultural beauties of Umbria, for the sportsman who likes making outdoor-sports, for people who are looking for peacefulness in the Umbrian country. The plot, of about 12 acres, is completely irrigated, thanks to a leke located inside: we grow fruits, vegetables and olives and we breed livestock like sheeps, porks and farmyard animals; all our products can be bought by our guests. Travellers who want to eat and stay with us a night, a week-end or more, are always welcome. Furthermore, we suggest you the Anna's threads (journeys, itineraries, advices): the Blu thread, concerning of outdoor-sports : trekking, free-climbing, bungee-jumping, rafting, canyoning, windsurf, mountain-bike, speleology, horse-riding, fishing and hunting; the Red thread, for people who want to discover the Umbrian culture : sightseeing tours to Carsulae, Dunarobba's Fossil Forest, Ferentillo's Mummies Museum, Terni, Spoleto, Todi, Narni, Amelia, Orvieto, Perugia, Civita di Bagnoregio, cooking courses; the Green thread, that interlaces the journey of the naturalist: courses about the mushrooms identification, craftworks and farm works, trekking, excursions to Alviano's Natural Oasis, to Sibillini Mountains, to Marmore Waterfall; the Yellow thread is reserved to the "Romeo", the pilgrim who reaches the Holy Places in the Jubilee Year: Rome, Assisi, Norcia, S.
