Aestivum III - 3rd Summer Truffle and Rose market exhibition - 2011

n 6th and 7th August, 2011 reaches its third edition "AESTIVUM", the 3rd Summer Truffle and Rose market exhibition. At Cascia will be two days of full-immersion in the summer truffle, the product par excellence of the Valnerina. Spotlight especially its collection and preservation, not to mention the methods of use it in the dishes. But the exhibition will be on Rose too, the flower of the valley and often located in the same environments, in the truffle-beds, of the tuber aestivum, commonly called in italian "Scorzone".

The show will open Saturday, August 6th at 10:00 at Sala S. Pancrazio with the Congress: ""Proposte per la difesa e la valorizzazione del tartufo nero" ("Proposals for the defense and promotion of black truffle").

In the historic center of town will be set up stands to sell the best local products related to agricultural, with a particular and obvious presence of exhibitors from truffles, from 15:00 on Saturday. Always the 6th there will be "Rosanotte" by the Confesercenti of Cascia, who will provide at 18.30, in Largo Vittorio Emanuele, Burraco Tournament; at 19:30, at Piazza Garibaldi, Aperirosa; from 22:00 in square Piazza Mario Magnelli an impromptu painting; at 23:00, at the escalators of Square Piazza Ipogea, will be a presentation of a fall-winter collection.
