The Lands of the Sagrantino Wine 2009

Once again in 2009 in Montefalco has been organized the exhibition "Lands of the Sagrantino": the market exhibition of typical products of the territory of the "Sagrantino road".

During the Easter celebrations, there is an exhibition, in the choir of the complex of Sant'Agostino in Corso Mameli, of products of the area where the Sagrantino wine is produced; therefore, in addition to the city of Montefalco, the cities of Bevagna, Castel Ritaldi, Giano dell'Umbria and Gualdo Cattaneo will also present their own typical products.
The main protagonists of this event are, obviously, the wines of Montefalco, the Red and in a particular way the Sagrantino; anyway, these are accompanied by other gastronomic specialities such as the extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. Umbria Colli Martani, the honey, the delicatessen, the ceramics, the engraved wood objects and all the various productions of the local handicraft.
